Subprocessors

Amblash AI is a SaaS (software as a service) platform of Adforn LLC, a company registered at 1007 Orange St, Wilmington, DE 19801 ("Amblash AI," "we," "us," or "our").

A subprocessor is a third party that we engage to process personal data on behalf of our customers in providing the Services. This page lists our current subprocessors, as referred to in our Data Processing Agreement. Before a subprocessor processes any personal data, we put in place a written contract with it that requires it to protect that data to at least the standard set by our Data Processing Agreement.

1. Current Subprocessors

Subprocessor	What it does for us	Personal data involved
Amazon Web Services (AWS)	Cloud hosting. The Services run on AWS, and the data they hold is stored there.	All personal data held in the Services
Stripe	Payment processing for subscriptions.	Payment details entered directly with Stripe, and records of payments and invoices
Google	Website analytics.	Information about how people use our website and the Services, collected through cookies and similar technologies

1.1 Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Amazon Web Services provides the cloud infrastructure the Services run on. The personal data held in the Services, including account information, campaign and prospect records, and the emails written for our customers, is stored on that infrastructure.

1.2 Stripe

Stripe processes subscription payments for us. When you pay, you enter your card details directly with Stripe, and they never reach our servers. Stripe keeps records of payments and invoices in its own systems.

1.3 Google

Google provides analytics that help us understand how people use our public website and the Services. It collects information about visits, such as the pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies.

2. Updates

We will update this page before any new subprocessor begins to process personal data on behalf of our customers, and we will change the "Last Updated" date on this page when we do.

A customer may object to a new subprocessor as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
