This Cookie Policy explains how Adforn LLC, which provides the Amblash AI platform ("Amblash AI", "we", "us" and "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our public website at https://amblash.ai (the "Website") and in the Amblash AI application (together, the "Services"). Please read it together with our Privacy Policy at https://amblash.ai/privacy-policy.

1. What Are Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. Each time your browser returns to that website, it sends the cookie back, which lets the website recognize that a series of visits comes from the same browser.

A first party cookie is set by the website you are visiting. A third party cookie is set by another company whose service that website uses, and that company's own policies govern it.

We do not show a cookie banner or offer a cookie settings panel. We say so plainly rather than describe a control that does not exist. Section 4 explains how you can control cookies yourself.

2. Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies to:

sign you in to the application, keep you signed in and protect your account;
confirm your email address while you create your account; and
measure, in aggregate, how the Website and the application are used, through Google Analytics.

We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not use our own cookies to follow you across other websites.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

3.1 Essential Cookies

These first party cookies are set only by the Amblash AI application, not by the Website. They are needed for the application to work. If your browser blocks them, you cannot sign in.

Each of them can be sent only over a secure (HTTPS) connection and only to the exact site that set it.

__Host-sess-hint	Contains only the value "1". It tells the application that you are signed in, so it can show the right screen straight away. It contains no personal information.	30 days, or until you sign out
__Host-at-exp	Contains only the time your sign in expires, so the application can renew it before it runs out. It contains no personal information.	15 minutes
__Host-otp	Links your browser to the verification code we email you while you create your account. Scripts on the page cannot read it.	15 minutes, or until your email address is verified

Signing out removes the first five. The last is removed when your email address is verified, and otherwise expires after 15 minutes.

Payment pages. When you pay, or manage your subscription, you do so on pages hosted by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe sets its own cookies on those pages, for example to prevent fraud and make payments work. They are third party cookies under Stripe's control, and we do not set or read them. Browsing the Website or the application does not load Stripe or set any Stripe cookie. Stripe explains its cookies at https://stripe.com/legal/cookies-policy.

3.2 Analytics Cookies

The Website and the application both load Google Analytics, a measurement service provided by Google. Google Analytics sets third party cookies to tell one visitor from another and to keep track of a single visit. According to Google, the main ones are:

These names and durations are set by Google, not by us, and Google may change them. Google explains how it uses cookies at https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies and how it handles information at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Analytics loads without first asking for your consent. Refusing or deleting these cookies does not affect your use of the Website or the application; your visits are simply not counted.

4. Managing Cookies

4.1 Browser Controls

Every major browser lets you see the cookies stored on your device, delete them, and block cookies from particular websites or from third parties generally. You will find these controls in your browser's privacy or site data settings.

Please note:

blocking or deleting the essential cookies in Section 3.1 will stop you signing in to the application, and deleting them while you are signed in will sign you out;
blocking Stripe's cookies may stop a payment from completing; and
blocking the analytics cookies in Section 3.2 has no effect on how the Website or the application works.

4.2 Analytics Opt Out

You can stop Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits by blocking its cookies in your browser, or by installing Google's own Google Analytics Opt Out Browser Add on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The add on works on every website that uses Google Analytics, not only ours.

5. Other Tracking Technologies

The application saves two display choices in your browser's local storage: whether you have collapsed the side menu, and how you prefer to view your list of campaigns. These stay on your device, are not sent to us and are not used to track you. You can remove them by clearing your browser's site data.

Campaign emails sent through the Services may contain technology, such as a small image or links routed through our email delivery infrastructure, that lets that infrastructure record whether an email was opened or a link in it was clicked.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy, for example when we add or remove a service that sets cookies. We will post the updated policy on the Website with a new "Last Updated" date and an "Effective" date. For a material change, we will give notice in the same way as for a change to our Privacy Policy. The previous version applies until the new Effective date.
